JOB DETAILS: 

Solid State Physics Laboratory (SSPL) is a research laboratory of the Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO). It is located in Delhi, India. Advanced semiconductor materials and devices are the research area of DRDO SSPL. It is also engaged in the research of development of compounds semiconductors (bulk crystal and epilayer structure), MEMS, MMICs, laser diodes, IR sensors, Nano-technology etc. Applications from interested candidates are invited by the DRDO SSPL for recruitment to various positions of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) and Research Associate (RA). MSc Degree holders in Physics/Electronics or PhD degree holders in Physics / Electronics / Material Science etc can apply for this recruitment.

Educational Qualification: As per the details given below –

• RA: PhD or equivalent degree in Physics / Electronics / Material Science
• JRF: M.Sc. in Physics / Electronics with first division with NET.

Start Date of Application: 15.10.2020.

Last Date of Application: 15.11.2020.

Age Limit: 

28 Years for JRF& 35 Years for RA. Relax by 5 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC Candidates is admissible as per rules. 

Selection Process: Interview of shortlisted candidates.
