• General Intelligence and Reasoning: Analogies, similarities, differences, space visualization, problem solving, analysis, judgment, 15 decision making, visual memory, discrimination, observation, relationship concepts, arithmetical reasoning, verbal and figure classification, arithmetical number series, etc.
• General Awareness: Test knowledge of current events and of such matters of everyday observations and experience in their scientific aspect as may be expected of any educated person. The test will also include questions relating to India and its neighbouring countries especially pertaining to History, Culture, Geography, Economic Scene, General Polity and Scientific Research, etc.
• General Engineering (Civil & Structural): Civil – Building Materials, Estimating, Costing and Valuation, Surveying, Soil Mechanics, Hydraulics, Irrigation Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Environmental Engineering. Structural Engineering – Theory of Structures, Concrete Technology, RCC Design, Steel Design
• General Engineering (Electrical): Basic concepts, Circuit law, Magnetic Circuit, AC Fundamentals, Measurement and Measuring instruments, Electrical Machines, Fractional Kilowatt Motors and single phase induction Motors, Synchronous Machines, Generation, Transmission and Distribution, Estimation and Costing, Utilization and Electrical Energy, Basic Electronics.
• General Engineering (Mechanical): Theory of Machines and Machine Design, Engineering Mechanics and Strength of Materials, Properties of Pure Substances, 1st Law of Thermodynamics, 2nd Law of Thermodynamics, Air standard Cycles for IC Engines, IC Engine Performance, IC Engines Combustion, IC Engine Cooling & Lubrication, Rankine cycle of System, Boilers etc.

2. Find the advertisement “ Notice of Junior Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Quantity Surveying & Contracts) Examination, 2020 ”, click on the advertisement.
3. SSC notification will open read it and check Eligibility.
4. To apply enter you details correctly and make the payment.
5. Finally click submit button and take the print of the application form.

Step to Step make SSC Online Registration

1. Candidates should make registration and apply through login.
2. Candidates shall fill up the online form with required details.
3. Upload your photograph & Signature.
4. Then make payment via online.
5. Then click view application form.
6. Candidates will be provided opportunity to edit their application form before submission.
7. You should check the application form once again whether the information are correct or incorrect.
8. After that click submit button, your online form will be submitted.
9. Then generate & print your registration Slip.
