Selection Process:

Selection will be based on Merit.

Application Fees:

For General / OBC :Nil

For SC, ST, Ex-serviceman ,PWD : NIL

Salary / Pay Scale:

Rs. 18000/- per month {Minimum 8 weeks (2 Months) to maximum 12 weeks (3 months}
Field visit allowance (including of all expenditure)-maximum for 30 days – Rs. 2000 per day (For 8 NER States) and Rs. 1500 per day (Excluding 8 NER States)
Travel allowance (For onward & return journey from HQ to District/Local HQ and back to HQ) by AC-III Class (AC-II may be permitted where ticket in AC-III is not available) on submission of tickets/other documentary proofs) – Rs. 6000/-per head (maximum)
Miscellaneous expenses on declaration basis – Rs. 2000 per head

Educational Qualification:

Students pursuing post-graduate degree (having completed first year) in Agriculture and allied disciplines (Veterinary, Fisheries, etc.), Agri-business, Economics, Social Sciences and Management from Institutes/ Universities of repute or Students pursuing 5 years integrated courses including Law and in 4th year of their course and Indian Students studying abroad are eligible for SIS 2021-22.
