Selection Process:

Selection will be based on Online test and Personal Interview.
All selected students will be on training (classroom and on-the-job) for 1.5 years (18 Months) in Operation & Maintenance (O&M), Power System Control and Commercial Function of either TPCODL, newly formed Distribution Companies of WESCO or SOUTHCO.

Educational Qualification:

Diploma Trainee

Supervisory Trainee

Diploma in Electrical Engineering From Recognized University
