Selection Process:
- Selection process may consist of Screening Test (only for shortlisting of candidates) Trade Test/ Skill Test (qualifying in nature), Written Test and Personal Interview or a combination or any one of them.
Application Fees :
- Candidates shall be required to pay application fee (Non-Refundable) of Rs. 500/- in the form of Demand Draft from any scheduled bank in favor of “National Institute of Design Kurukshetra” payable at Kurukshetra.
- SC, ST, PwD and Women candidates are exempted from payment of application fees.

Educational Qualification:
- Senior Superintendent : Bachelor Degree in Commerce or equivalent from a recognized University with Working knowledge in computer.
- Assistant Administrative Officer : Bachelor Degree from a recognized University with Working Knowledge of Computer.
- Senior Assistant Librarian : Bachelor Degree in Library Science/ Information Science from a recognized University with 5 Year Of Experience Required.
- Superintendent : Bachelor Degree from a recognized University with Working knowledge in computer.
- Design Instructor : 3 Year Diploma relevant discipline/area/ subject from a recognized institution. with Four Year Of Experience Or A Degree in relevant area/ subject from a recognized Institution with two years post qualification experience.
- Technical Instructor : 3 Year Diploma relevant area/ subject from a recognized institution. with Four Year Of Experience Or A Degree in relevant area/ subject from a recognized Institution with two years post qualification experience in the relevant industry/ institution Should be able to converse in English. Knowledge of relevant software.
- Senior Assistant : Bachelor’s Degree in Library Science or equivalent from a recognized University.
- Senior Library Assistant : Bachelor Degree from a recognized University with Working knowledge in computer.
- Senior Assistant (Admn. / stud ) : SSC with ITI electrical trade from a recognized institution with 4 Year Experience Or A Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution with 2 years post qualification experience.
- Supervisor (Electrical) : SSC with ITI in relevant trade from a recognized institution with 5 Year Experience Or A Diploma in relevant engineering field from a recognized institution with two years post qualification experience in industry in the relevant field.
- Technical Assistant : Bachelor Degree from a recognized University/Institution with Computer Knowledge.
