Educational Qualification:

DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER – Post -1

Qualification: Candidate should be M.Com.(First Class) & CAIIB with basic computer software and hardware knowledge with good communication skills.

Experience: Minimum 15 years in Co-operative Bank with minimum 10 years in Head Office as middle / senior level officer with thorough experience/ knowledge of various departments at Head Office (Advances, Investment, Accounts, Recovery, Audit, IT, General Administration, sufficient branch experience with knowledge of CBS. etc.). Candidate should have sufficient knowledge of the latest laws applicable to banking as well as the latest RBI directives/guidelines to co-operative banks with regard to operations, audit / Inspections of Co-operative Banks.

RISK OFFICER – Post -1

Qualification: Candidate should be M.Com. (First Class) CAIIB with basic computer software and hardware knowledge with good communication skills.

Experience: Minimum 15 years in Co-operative Bank of which minimum 5 years as an officer in Risk Management department. Candidate should have experience of Branch operations, knowledge of various risks of all departments (Advances, Investment, Accounts, Recovery, Audit, ATM / IT, etc.), and sufficient knowledge of latest laws applicable to banking as well as latest RBI directives/guidelines to co-operative banks with regard to operations, audit / Inspections of Co-operative Banks..

BRANCH MANAGER- Posts– 4

Qualification: Candidate should be B.Com. / M.Com (First class) with basic computer software and hardware knowledge. Preference will be given to the candidates with Post Graduation /JAIIB/CAIIB.

Experience: Minimum 20 years of banking experience of which minimum of 10 years as a Branch Manager in Co-operative Bank with sufficient branch experience, knowledge of CBS. GST / Income Tax and sufficient knowledge of latest laws applicable to banking as well as latest RBI directives/guidelines to co-operative banks with regard to operations, audit / Inspections of Co-operative Banks.

CLERK- Posts-10

Qualification: Candidate should be B.Com. / M.Com (First class) with basic computer software and hardware knowledge.
