Ensure INR processing (NEFT and RTGS) in accurate and timely manner.
Ensure customer service levels are maintained at the highest level.
Achieve agreed SLAs.
Compliance to local /group guidelines and regulations.
Establish control points and ensure the adherence.
Liaising wit different stakeholders for payment queries and closures.
Fair knowledge of Payment methods like NEFT / RTGS and regulations around the same

Knowledge of NEFT and RTGS
Ability to learn new products
